The Gold Rush Game Serial Key is a bug-fixing version of the very popular 8-bit computer game by Leif, which came out in 1992. The goal of the game is to find gold and gems to score points. You can use your gold to purchase powerups, or buy diamonds that will give you a wild card when you purchase them. This wild card does not cost anything, but can be used in any round, which allows you to receive additional points. Even with the reduced point value awarded for each diamond (10 instead of 100), it costs money equivalent to ten diamonds if you want an actual chance at scoring something significant with it. It also takes up space in your inventory, which is very limited. The game allows you to "dig" for gold by turning over tiles or even earning them by filling treasure chests. There are three different types of tiles that are turned over when digging. Some of these are gold, others gems, and others still, rocks. Each one of the boards has a different layout for how these tiles are arranged on them. If you dig up a rock, you lose your turn and get nothing for it - only redo rolls will get more money out of this tile. You can dig around the sides of rocks to extract them easier. Gems and gold tiles, on the other hand, will give you gold (including coins and diamonds) and points respectively. You can use your points to buy powerups or buy more inventory space. If you dig up a chest, it is considered a special tile that cannot be extracted any other way. It must be opened by using a key which can only be obtained by finding mammoth tusks (a rock), which are very rare. There is only one of each treasure on each level, so if another player gets there first and takes it, you lose out. The chest contains a piece of eight (a gold coin), which can be used to buy additional inventory space or a powerup. On the left side of the screen, there is your current wealth and your current score. On the right, there is a list of all available powerups and their prices. The available ones will be highlighted (you can only buy one each turn). You start with three inventory spots and can purchase more if you find them in chests or purchase additional space from Leif's Trading Company, which is his store. His prices are much higher than other stores in this game. The game has a few different ways to end. You can dig a hole in the board that goes all the way through, which will also cost you one of your lives. There is a cave-in counter that counts down from ten to zero. If it reaches zero, you lose even if you have not reached this many holes yet. This is the only way to put yourself out of the running for winning unless someone else beats you. Your inventory can also fill up completely, which will cost you an inventory spot and gives no points whatsoever. cfa1e77820
